Do you provide International delivery?

How do I return an item?
Before returning an item, please check our return policy.
If your return meets all requirement, return can be initiated via the Online Return Form.
What is your returns policy?
30 day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, our return policy allows you to return the product purchased on our online store within 30 days counting from the date of receipt of shipment, and request a refund from us for any reason.
How do I track my order?
We will send you an email on the shipping details of the product you have ordered. If you have any questions about the shipping details, do contact us using our phone line.
How much is the delivery fees?
We offer our customers free delivery for every products, so there is no delivery fees charged.
What is your membership benefits?
Each Member will be issued with only one (1) membership account for 1 year.
In this one year, members may
1. Enjoy 5% off for any discounted item and 10% off for any usual price item.
2. Enjoy members' day promotions that are exclusive for members only.
3. Storewide 15% off any item upon birthday month in single transaction. Maximum amount is S$2000. Promotion items not included.
Membership will be renewed for another twelve (12) months upon expiry date with no cost if members have spent more than S$2,000 within the current 12-month period of your membership.
